"In Memoriam"

     My late father taught me to honor our Fallen with more than medals; beyond folding a flag for the surviving family.  He said, "If we fail to learn from loss, it's twice the shame."

UMTC is dedicated to the American Law Enforcement Officers and U.S. Military Members whose loss (on-duty or otherwise) taught me something significant.
